Our time will be a mixture of guided meditation and contemplation. How can we see the Buddha nature in everyone and everything, even those we want to shut out of our hearts.

Bio:
Peggy Smith is a Senior Dharma teacher in the Plum Village tradition. A student of Thich Nhat Hanh since 1991, Peggy has a passion for helping everyone develop their innate capacity for empathy by integrating Mindfulness, Resonance and Nonviolent Communication into how we think and communicate. She was a school teacher for 32 years, and teaching is one of her favorite sources of joy & play. For Peggy, Dharma is deep nourishment as is living on the coast of Maine, gardening, rowing and hiking.
